AMD has released its latest Radeon Software driver update which brings specific game optimizations for Resident Evil 2 (2019 Remake), Tropico 6, and Anthem Early Access Demo, as well as some bug fixes.

No custom cards from AIBs, at least not yet

A new rumor regarding AMD Radeon VII supply has been spotted online saying that AMD will have just 5,000 pieces at launch and that there won't be any custom cards from AIB partners, at least not yet. As always, it should be taken with a grain of salt as AMD has quickly denied such rumors.

Possible 16-core SKUs

Although AMD only previewed an 8-core/16-thread engineering sample of 3rd generation Ryzen CPU at the CES 2019 keynote, the delidded CPU showcased at the keynote, as well as comments from Dr. Lisa Su, AMD CEO, suggest that we could see SKUs with two chiplets, so 16-core/32-thread SKUs are possible.
