Computer Systems has unveiled its first Pineview Mini ITX board, the ECS TIGT-I and it seems to think highly of it.

The TIGT-I is based around Intel's NM10 Express chipset and features an embedded Atom D510 dual core processor with integrated memory controller and Intel's new IGP. At this point we would usually say 'godawful Intel IGP', but since we haven't tried out the GMA 3150 yet, we won't. We'll just say it's safe to assume it's just as wretched as any other Intel IGP.

However, there is an upside, and a big one. The new D510 and accompanying chipset are somewhat cooler than the Atom 330 and GC945, so the TIGT-I is a fanless design. ECS claims it requires 50 percent less power than the previous generation, while offering a 20 percent performance boost at the same time.

The TIGT-I offers two SATA 3.0, 1 PATA, 4 USB 2.0 ports, as well as 2 DDR2 800 slots and a lone PCIe x1 slot. There is still no word on pricing, but we're guessing it will sell in the 60 to 70 euro region.
