HTC says it is stuffed
HTC claims that kids are about to lose interest in their iPhones as their dads start to buy the shiney toys.

Martin Fichter, the acting president of HTC America, has done a focus group at Steve Jobs’ old school, Reed College. It turned out hat innovation was becoming less important because everyone was innovating these days and everybody is doing different things for the end consumers.

But apparently none of the kids at Reed have iPhones because their dads own one. “The iPhone becomes a little less cool than it was. They were carrying HTCs. They were carrying Samsungs. They were even carrying some Chinese manufacture's devices.

If you look at a college campus, Mac Book Airs are cool. iPhones are not that cool anymore,” he said.
