HTC coming up
A survey by moble phone site goodmobilephones.co.uk claims that Apple's broken iPhone 4 is getting a good kicking from its arch-nemesis HTC.

The survey showed that Apple's iPhone 4 had been toppled from the top spot of UK smartphones and its position at the top of the smartphone pile may be in doubt. The month long survey of customer searches revealed that Apple's iPhone 4 came a paltry sixth in the top ten list of handsets searched for, losing out to three competing handsets from HTC.

The top phones were the HTC Wildfire, HTC Desire and HTC Desire HD. These were followed by the Samsung Galaxy S and Nokia's N8. Bringing up the rear in the site's top ten were the BlackBerry Curve 8520, the Samsung Tocco Lite, the BlackBerry Torch and the Sony Xperia X10.

Mark Owen, goodmobilephones' managing director said that it was price that's putting people off the iPhone 4, along with a lack of incentivising from Apple to pick their products over the competitors.
