A 'top five' phone maker onboard
In a recent interview with TheStreet.com, Mike Rayfield, the general
manager of Nvidia's mobile unit said he expects first Tegra-based
phones to show up in Q4.
Rayfield says the chip will debut in a phone from one of the top five
mobile phone manufacturers. He's still not saying which one, but some
people in the industry speculate that Samsung or Motorola could be the
takers.
Nvidia also expects a number of Tegra-based MIDs to appear on the market later in the year.
