Meant to replace the successful DataTraveler HyperX 3.0 flash drive, the HyperX Savage flash drive features USB 3.1 gen. 1 interface and represents Kingston's fastest USB flash drive, with the combination of high performance and recognizable aggressive HyperX design, according to Kingston.
As noted, the new Kingston HyperX Savage USB flash drive will be available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities with USB 3.1 Gen. 1 (USB 3.0) interface and offer performance of up to 350 MB/s for read and up to 250 MB/s for write (350/180 MB/s with the 64GB version). The Kingston HyperX Savage USB 3.1 flash drive is backed by a five-year warranty.
Unfortunately, Kingston did not reveal any details regarding the price or the availability date but we already spotted it listed in Europe with a price set at around €36 for the 64GB, €76 for the 128GB and €120 for the 256GB version.
