After Zotac's GTX 280 and GTX 260 lineup we received more press releases, this time from BFG, POV and Gainward.

BFG Technologies has announced a total of four cards, two GTX 280 and two GTX 260 cards. As you have probably guessed, two out of four announced cards will be factory overclocked. Since we talked so much about the reference cards we will skip these for now. The announced BFG GTX 280 OC factory overclocked card, if you can call 10MHz a factory oveclock, works at 615MHz for the GPU, 2,214MHz for the memory and 1,350MHz for the Shader clock.

The BFG GTX 260 OC isn't any better, as it got overclocked from the standard 576MHz to 590MHz for the GPU. It comes with 896MB of GDDR3 memory clocked at reference 1,998MHz and 192 processor cores overclocked from 1,242 to 1,296MHz. Nothing spectacular from BFG.

Unlike the rest of the AIB partners, Point of View has decided to play it safe and to only announce reference versions, at least for now. Both of these cards will come bundled with Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed. You can check out the reference specifications of POV's GTX 280 and GTX 260 here.

Gainward has also decided to only launch reference cards. Both the GTX 280 and GTX 260 will come with reference clocks. We must admit that Gainward has the most appealing sticker design, but this solely depends on someone's taste, but the soft blue does look good. You can find the specifications of Gainward's GTX 280 here, and the GTX 260 is here.
