Gainward is the fifth partner to launch a card with the affordable 8800GS GPU, the poor man's G92 as some might say.

The card seems to be a reference design with a 575MHz core, 384MB of GDDR3 memory at 850MHz and with the Shader clock at 1,375MHz. The card has yet to be announced, it's still unavailable, but at least it's listed for as little as €139, here.

As for the other partners, most of them have managed to ship at least some cards in the past week and they're available at similar prices. Of course, overclocked 8800GS cards are a tad pricier, and ATI's HD3850 is still a bit cheaper, but at least the consumer has a lot to choose from in this appealing price segment.
