Scores just over 8,000 points

One of the members at Chiphell's forum has managed to get his hands on a Sapphire HD 3690 card; and he ran the default 3DMark06 benchmark, which ended up with a score barely over 8,000 points.

As it can be seen on the GPU-Z screenshot, this card works at 702MHz for the core and 846MHz (1,692MHz effective) for the 256MB of GDDR3 memory. It uses a 128-bit memory interface, which is the limiting factor here.

The default 3DMark06 run scored 8,167 points with an Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 processor overclocked to 3GHz. Unfortunately, this forum member hasn't posted any pictures of the card, so we will just have to wait a bit longer to see it.

If the ATI Catalyst Control Center is correct, then the temperature of this card is 39 degrees C, probably in idle. Many partners have announced  Radeon HD 3650/3450 cards, but we are still waiting for the faster HD 3670 and HD 3690 to officially appear.
