In addition to HD 3450

MSI has started its HD 3650/3450 launch day with one factory overclocked HD 3650 and two HD 3450 cards.

The first one, branded R3650-T2D512-OC, works at 750MHz for the core and comes with 512MB of GDDR3 memory working at 800MHz (1600MHz effective). This one is cooled actively by a not-so-small fan, and this is the only new card with Crossfire connectors that MSI has launched. MSI has also announced two HD 3450 cards, one with 256MB and one with 512MB of memory. These cards are identical, as they both work at 600MHz for the core and 500MHz for memory. Both of them are low profile passively cooled cards.

Like the rest of the HD 3000 series, these cards also support DirectX 10.1, Shader Model 4.1 and PCI-Express 2.0. It is nice to see that MSI has decided to start the launch with a factory overclocked card. Unfortunately, there is still no sign of MSI's HD 3670 card.
