Reference and overclocked TOP version

Asus has announced two versions of the 8800 GS, one that works at what we think should be the reference clock for 8800 GS and the other is going to be a TOP edition version, which is, of course, factory overclocked.

The first one, branded EN8800 GS/HDTP/348M, works at 550MHz for the GPU and 1.6GHz for 384MB of GDDR3 memory. This card's Sshader clock is 1375MHz. The second one, which is far more interesting, works at 600MHz for the core and 1.8GHz for 384MB of GDDR3 memory. Its Sshader clock is 1700MHz, which is far higher than 1375MHz on the non-overclocked version. Both of these cards use a 192-bit memory interface.

The 8800 GS from Asus will be cooled by Asus' Glaciator fansink, which sounds good, since we always prefer non-reference coolers. These are still just 348MB versions, but according to the various posts around the net, 768MB versions should follow shortly.
