Both cards quite a bit shorter

Overclockzone Thailand has snapped some shots that compares the size of the Radeon HD 3850 and 3870 to the 2900XT, and both cards are quite a bit shorter.

Both of the Radeon HD 38x0 cards came retail packaged and are based on the reference design from AMD. The company behind the cards is Sapphire, and it looks like they've stuck with the reference clock speeds, at least initially.

Both cards come bundled with Half Life 2 Black Box and an HDMI to DVI dongle, as well as the usual assortment of cables and adapters.

You can find some more pictures here as we didn't manage to find the pictures on the original site due to our inability to read the Thai language.
