We've heard this before but we cannot officially confirm
that Nvidia's G92/D8P supports Native HDMI.
This is actually a PCB design issue more than it’s a chip
itself as the vendor has to make the design of the PCB board to enable the
sound routing over the board.
Nvidia was surprised by the success that ATI had with its RV630
and RV615 and how ATI managed to over-hype this specification and decided to
jump on this bandwagon.
We know that Zotac offered native
HDMI on 8600 and 8500 cards but this time around it will be available for all partners who want to have it.
