Delayed again

This time ATI delayed the card by only two weeks, but all together it didn't make AIB partners happy. This is one in a huge series of delays that ATI has suffered in the last few months.

The interesting thing is that this is the world's first 65 nanometre DirectX 10 chip and it will be accompanied by the RV610, an entry level DirectX 10 Vista ready 65 nanometre chip. The AIB's should start getting sample chips any day now, but the real production starts toward the end of June with availability in mid July.

Lets hope for ATI's sake that it will perform good versus the Geforce 8500 and 8600 series.
