Nvision 2008: And you can be bullied just as much

Many people close to Nvidia believe that Jensen did the right thing when he frontally attacked Intel at its most famous conference call of all time.

The general feeling is that Intel is the biggest bully of them all and that they bullied Nvidia for way too long. Nvidia just had enough of it and decided to finally respond. Nvidia is aware of the fact that Intel is much bigger and stronger than Nvidia ,but it had to react to kick the big bully and feel good about it, at least once in its lifetime.

The big problem with this bold strategy is that bulies usually recovers after one’s leg meets the bully’s family jewels and eventually the bully gets back on his feet, he catches the smaller kid and teaches him a thing or two about revenge, the hard way. This is a threat that Intel is planning and executing toward Nvidia as we speak.

Another example are Russia and Georgia.
