Water cooled performance king

We managed to score some info on the upcoming water-cooled version of the HD 5970 that Powercolor plans to reveal pretty soon. The HD 5970 LCS should have quite a high price but we are sure that this one will also be quite an overclocker. We still don't know a precise launch date but we are sure that it will come sometime this month.

Like the previously released HD 5870 LCS, this new card will use a waterblock from EK Waterblocks. The precise clocks are unknown. We don't expect it to have a high factory overclock, but the overclocking potential should be really good. Of course, all of this depends on the watercooling setup.

The price on the other hand might end up to be really high, but considering the fact that the EK's waterblock for HD 5970 retails at €129.95 the high price is understandable.
