A bunch of bug fixes

Nvidia has posted its Geforce 182.46 beta drivers on its website. The new driver brings some bug fixes for both Vista 32-bit and 64-bit as well as some optimizations for "upcoming PC games".

The new optimizations include single GPU and SLI support for upcoming PC games. Unfortunately, Nvidia didn't mention any specific titles.

The bug fix list includes some issues in Vista 32-bit including fix for Geforce 9500GS and its full speed fan issue in hibernate or standby mode, fix for the Geforce 6 and 7 series AGP cards where Nvidia graphics driver can't be installed, Quad SLI GTX 295 fix for Fear 2: Project Origin game, and SLI fix for Football Manager 09.

The bug fix list in Windows Vista 64-bit includes a fix for 3-way SLI, nForce 780a SLI and Geforce 9800GTX where users can't switch from additional display mode to boost performance mode when the display is connected to a Geforce 9800GTX GPU.
