Simply messing up prices

Some Taiwanese companies really want to mess up Fiona's market. When it comes to the European market, Nvidia is very strict who can and who cannot release and sell its cards and Nvidia wanted to limit Geforce 295 to a few partners but Gigabyte is not one of the many to obey such an order.

Despite a Gigabyte Geforce 295 listing here, we've learned that the company is not allowed to sell the card and the card should not be selling in Europe in the first place.

Nvidia will try to make some order in this market but since introduction of Radeon 4000 series, Nvidia is losing total control over its partners as they have AMD to lean upon. Many now sell both, and if Nvidia puts them under a lot of pressure, they can simply order more ATI.
