The LCS HD4870

Unlike many other watercooled graphics cards we've seen to date, PowerColor has decided to launch a new product that doesn't come with it's own pump and radiator, which might at first seem somewhat strange.

However, give it some thought and you quickly realize that it might not be such a bad idea after all, as a lot of people already have their own watercooling setup. Then there's the issue of cost, as this card works out a lot cheaper by just being fitted with a waterblock rather than coming with a full kit.

The LCS HD4870, as the card is called, comes with the core clocked at 800MHz and the memory at 3.8GHz (well, Gpbs). PowerColor supplies a set of 3/8in and 1/2in barbs to make the card fit with most common watercooling kits on the market.

The recommended retail price is set at US$369 (€289/£235), but once you add the VAT on top of that it'll be a bit more than that in Europe.
