Leadtek announces GTX 260 Extreme+

Leadtek has announced its newest addition to the Winfast lineup of graphics cards, the Winfast GTX 260 EXTREME+. The new card features 216 processing cores, support for DirectX 10 and tri-SLI, and it will be factory overclocked.

According to the press release, this card works at 602MHz for the core and comes with 896MB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 2,214MHz and paired up with a 448-bit memory interface. This is a nice boost compared to the reference card, which works at 576MHz for the core and 1,998MHz for the same GDDR3 memory.

The card will be cooled by a reference and recognizable dual-slot cooler and will feature standard connector setup, including two dual-link DVI's and a TV-out. The game will be bundled with Neverwinter Nights 2 game and should be available soon.
