Water-cooled GTX 280

MSI has announced its water-cooled version of Nvidia's flagship GTX 280 card, dubbed N280GTX OC HydroGen. This card will of course be factory overclocked and it will come with a single slot water-block that should ensure that this card has up to 10°C lower temperature than a reference card.

According to the press release, the card works at 700MHz for the core and gives a 17 percent boost when compared to reference GTX 280 clocks. MSI also claims his card should end up to be 10°C cooler than the reference, at least according to MSI's thermal readings. The memory overclock isn't mentioned in the press release, but even if it's not overclocked we are pretty sure that with water-cooling it could be pushed a bit higher.

MSI has also announced the N280GTX-T2D1G Super OC which should end up at similar clocks like the water-cooled one, but this one will definitely heat up a bit more.
