EVGA has been making its rounds lately as it is launching
both the highly anticipated X58 SLI Classified board today as well as a new
service that is unquestionably favored by many enthusiasts.
The EVGA Loaner Program gives registered EVGA users the
opportunity to test out the latest technology offered for two weeks right in
the comfort of home. Sign up is free, however is strictly for EVGA members
only. The company will randomly select participants but cannot guarantee participation
to all who sign up. When selected by EVGA, the only cost to the user will be
shipping via UPS to the next designated recipient.
Basically, its a daisy-chain game of handing off hardware to
the next person, and if anyone happens to damage the hardware, there is no
liability whatsoever. As of now, the company currently offers an ELP program
for Nvidia Geforce 3D Vision with a Samsung 3D monitor, or an EVGA X58 SLI
Classified motherboard.
The program is available only in the continental US and Canada.
