The Asus N10E has been listed in Europe and should be available sometime in late November.

Asus says the N10E is a mini notebook, not a part of the Eee series; but in terms of hardware it's still a netbook. Atom 1.6GHz, 1GB of memory, 160GB storage, no optical drive. The works.

It has a 10.2-inch 1024x600 glare screen, ExpressCard slot, 8in1 card reader, 802.11abgn wireless and weighs 1.4kg with a six pack battery and Asus promises up to six hours of battery life.

It looks a bit better than the 1000H, but it's still far from being a sleek piece of hardware like the new S101. The same goes for the price; at €499 it's slightly pricier than  the Eee 1000H, but also a full €100 cheaper than the stylish S101.
