Cougar Spikes the UK market

Small but big

Cougar has started flogging its latest micro-ATX case, the Cougar Spike, to the UK market.

What is cool about the tin box is that while it is small, 180 x 370 x 425mm, it can accommodate graphics cards up to 330mm in length.

It also has space for 2 x 5.25in drives, 2 x 3.5in drives and a 2.5in drive. It has four fans with a space at the front, one at the rear and two side panel mounting points. All can fit fans up to 120mm in size.

It also has front panel audio jack and USB 3.0 access and four rear expansion slots.

It is a gamer box with angular plastic front section and while this has been done before, what is unusual is that it is cheap as chips. One of them will cost you £26.99 which makes it among the cheapest micro-ATX cases you can get.
