Valley Green 6 receives some smoke damage

Reports seem to indicate that Apple had fire in the building known as Valley Green 6 on Tuesday night. While some have suggested that this was the R&D building for Apple, our sources are telling us that it is in fact the building that houses the Information Technology and Technology department.

We reached out to some of our sources that are telling us that the roof was scorched and the building suffered some extensive smoke damage. No injuries were reported because of the fire.

The fire was put out early Wednesday morning, but to put out the fire three alarms were called in to do so. Reports are indicating that it took over 3 hours and 60 fire fighters to put out the blaze.

We know that Apple is hot right now, but this is a little overboard, if you ask us. No one is saying what caused the fire at this time. Apple has yet to release a statement.
