Despite talking up the numbers of sales it has made with the Xbox 360, Microsoft does not seem to have done as well as expected.

Over the last week, Microsoft has been releasing details about how sales were up thanks to GTA IV. However, the latest figures show that Microsoft only sold 188,000 units of its Xbox 360 video game console  in the United States in April.

While 188,000 units is good, it is not quite the figures we were expecting on the back of GTA IV sales.
