Five different models

Cubitek has announced a new ICE Series of aluminum chassis that will feature five different models ranging from Mini ICE for mini ITX motherboards all the way to HPTX ICE chassis that supports HPTX form factor motherboards.

The entire new ICE Series features an anti-vibration design with sturdy aluminum frame, thick rubber rings for HDD mounting and vibration reducing side panels with rubber strips. In addition to the 200mm front (available on every model), 140mm top and 120mm back fans, the all aluminum design also helps with efficient thermal cooling.

To make things even sweeter, Cubitek also threw in a large MB tray cut-out for easier CPU cooler mounting as well as 19mm wide space behind motherboard tray with U-shaped clips for easy cable management. All five models also feature the same top I/O panel with two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, as well as gold-plated audio jacks. The entire series also supports standard ATX PSU.

As noted, the new ICE series starts with 338.5mm tall Mini ICE that supports mini ITX motherboards and ends with HPTX ICE that is full sized 559mm tall tower chassis. There are three models in between including Micro ICE, ATX ICE and EATX ICE and as you can guess from the names it all comes down to motherboard support. The price is set at US $169.90 for the Mini ICE, US $259.90 for Micro ICE, US $279.90 for ATX one, US $319 for EATX ICE and US $359.90 for the HPTX ICE.
