In addition to stalking, the 12-year-old was charged with first-degree computer trespassing after she used the victim’s password to access her Facebook account and post sexually explicit content on her page, including pictures and solicitations for sex.
The second defendant was an 11-year-old girl, but she got away with some community service.
The victim’s mother wasn’t moved by the 12-year-old’s apology, saying that her family is still dealing with “a lot of damage control.”
