Michael Dell earns less than predecessor

Michael Dell
, who took over as Chief Executive Officer of his computer company, is earning much less than the man who previously held the position. According to regulatory filings, Michael Dell only earns about $2 million a year for being the company's CEO.

In comparison, Kevin Rollins, who resigned after Dell, Inc. has faced numerous audits resulting in revenue restatements and slipping market share, earned $9.5 million per year.

Michael Dell is paid less than his Chief Financial Officer, Don Carty, who has a package worth $3 million annually.
