Hot game in the box

We were delighted when we saw on CeBit that Gigabyte is continuing with its policy of bundling blockbuster games with its graphical cards. In the new line up, Supreme Commander will be bundled with GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB and Zalman edition GeForce 7900 GS 256MB graphics cards.

We have seen a lot of great graphical cards at CeBit, but most of them have a small or minimal software bundle. Most of the brands think that it is better not to give any game than to give a average quality game. This may be true, but as most of the cards look and perform the same, we think this may be a very good way for Gigabyte to differentiate their brand from the others.

There is no info on how much Gigabyte is paying for each copy of the game, unfortunately.
