IOGEAR has announced the first ever wireless USB to VGA kit that will eliminate the forest of wires you might need to clone your desktop. You can also use this gadget to stream content onto your (HD)TV or a projector at resolution of up to 720p, and all that in a 9 meter radius.

This might prove to be a godsend for those that frequently need a projector, and are just bored to death with cabling, or simply want to keep their main PC as their home theater. This should certainly be cheaper than many HTPC options, and will probably save you some power and hassles, as well.

The device is compatible with Windows XP 32-bit SP2 and Vista 32 and 64-bit. It should hit the shelves sometime in September and the suggested retail price is $229.95.
