Cebit 08: Followed by others

AMD's first
45nm quad-core to launch will be a Deneb start core with 6MB of cache. It will be followed by other 45nm quad-core CPU's while tri- and dual-core 45nm should come at a later time.

AMD still sticks to its second half of 2008 launch schedule, as it overpromised things in the past and got burned because of it.

It will launch as a server part using socket 1207 and, of course, as an AM2+ chip for the desktop market.
