Waterproof casing

Softbank, a leading Japanese mobile operator, showcased a new cell phone model from Toshiba. The model is called 921t Regza. This flip phone has a waterproof casing and a widescreen display.




Regza’s display is 2.8-inches in diameter, and has 240x400 pixel resolution. Its dimensions are 51x106x19.4mm and it weighs 132 grams.

It is equipped with two digital cameras, one internal camera used for video-calls, and its resolution is 320k pixels. The second camera is the main one, which packs a resolution of no less than 3.2 megapixels with auto-focus and image stabilization.

This model has Bluetooth, IrDA and USB ports, as well as MicroSD slot of up to 2GB. 921t model comes with an additional TV tuner that receives “one-segment” digital TV programs, specially designed for mobile phones.
