The local computer store already has the first batch of X38 motherboards.
Ditech got Asus P5E3 Deluxe WiFi ATX motherboards and it has nine pieces on
stock at press time. The board supports DDR3 memory and it will be the best
choice for QX6850 3.0GHz CPU with 12MB of memory.
It costs 275€ and supports two PCIe 2.0 and a single PCIe
16X that works in 4X speed, two PCIe 1x and two PCI slots.
It supports 2xGb LAN, Firewire, USB 2.0, 6x SATA II Raid, eSATA and 7.1 audio
with AD1988B and lets not forget the 802.11bgn.
This board supports all 775 CPUs and it will be best match
for upcoming 45-nanometre parts. It supports DDR3 and it should be able to
overclock this cool memory all the way to 2.0GHz.
