633MHz chip

We managed
to score some specifications of the upcoming GTX 275 and the spec is rather impressive. The chip works at 633MHz core and 1164MHz memory and just like the GTX 285 it has 240 shader processors.

It still has a 448-bit memory interface and uses GDDR3, and at this point it definitely looks like a GTX 295 chip with a higher clock. It is a dual-slot card with a single GPU and it should be selling for $249 in the US, or €249 in Europe, including value added tax.

The card should be out in the second week of April.
