GTS 160 as well

Nvidia plans to launch a new generation of discrete mobile cards and it is pretty confident that it can take the performance lead.

The new mobile GTX 280M and 260M are based on the G92b 55nm chip and they bring a few cool things to the notebook market, such as 256-bit memory support and up to 128 stream units. Nvidia expects that the new G92b chip will be as much as 30 percent faster than Mobility Radeon HD 4870 and significantly faster than 9800M GTX.

GTX 280M should outperform Mobility Radeon HD 4870 and Nvidia believes that ATI uses just graphics while Nvidia has graphics+, GTX 260M is challenging Mobility Radeon 4850, while Geforce GTS 160M is going after Mobility Radeon HD 4670.

You should see many notebooks at Cebit and as Lars’ link shows here, new chips are start showing up in new notebook line-up.
