Follows in the footsteps of Asus, MSI and PC Partner

According to a Digitimes report, Palit has recently cut orders for around 400,000 Nvidia GPUs.

The move is attributed to high inventory levels, and analysts expect the issue, which is widespread among AIBs, to affect Nvidia's Q1 results. Digitimes also claims that Asustek, MSI, Gigabyte and PC Partner have already cut orders of Nvidia GPUs, and the total amout of lost orders is estimated at 1.5 million GPUs.

Nvidia recently announced it expects a 40-50 percent revenue decline due to AIB inventory reductions. Nvidia refused to comment Palit's decision.
