Gets priced and scheduled

Asus’ T91 Tablet PC was spotted on CES, and this little device looks even better than we initially thought. Now there’re some new bits of info that left us thinking that Asus just might bring the tablet-PC back into the game with this convertible nettop/tablet PC.

We already mentioned that the device will run on Atom’s Z52 and that it’ll feature a neat swivel-display feature, with which you’ll be converting your nettop into a tablet PC in no time. We now know that the device will also come with 1GB of memory, a 160GB hard disk and will run on Windows XP Home.

The device is currently expected to sell at about $549 (€408/£360) and is expected in retail in March/April timeframe. However, we’re quite confident that Europeans will probably get milked once again so we wouldn’t advise counting on these prices in Europe yet.

You can view a presentation video from CES here.
