Two more weeks

Reviews of Nehalem are out but the actual Core i7 processors will start selling as of 17th of November. The distribution channel already has these CPUs, production has started quite some time ago, and most of the motherboards are ready.

The boards will be the expensive part, as they will sell from €250 to €350, while the cheapest Core i7 will be selling for $284. The Core i7 920, clocked at 2.66GHz, will overclock quite well, but if you are a hard-core CPU guy you will have to cough up $999 for the Core i7 Extreme 965.

We are playing with this CPU as we speak, and there should be a full-scale review but Nehalem and overclocking of it is not as easy as it used to be, especially not with an Intel reference motherboard.
