Sony has kicked of Mobile World Congress 2016 show in Barcelona with three new smartphones that will be a part of its new Xperia X series, the Xperia XA, Xperia X and the Xperia X Performance, all based on the same 5-inch screen but with different design and different chipsets.
Helio X20 with 4GB RAM
With the Mobile World Congress is just around the corner, word has leaked out that some Chinese manufacturers are planning to launch a clutch of Helio X20 phones at the show.
Confirmed, but shipping in March…
Gionee Elife S8 will launch at the Mobile World Congress 2016 and the company has sent invitations. The phone will launch on Monday February 22, but it will ship at a later date.
$169.99 killer price
The Meizu MX6 and MX6 Mini might be the biggest design wins that the Helio X20 might get but Doogee F7 might be the most affordable one. The company is expected to launch its Doogee F7 in Q2 2016 and sell it for $169.99 killer price.

MediaTek has won over one of China's biggest mobile companies, MEIZU and the MEIZU Pro 5 mini might have scored the first Helio X20 major design win.
Official score and screenshot revealed
Fudzilla has been given an official GeekBench score for a Helio X20 device. This is not the device that will ship to the customers, but a chip in the final stages of development.
And 40-45 million tablet SoCs
The mobile phone market will be interesting in 2016. In 2015 Mediatek confirmed that company sold 400 million smartphone SoCs and there is an indication that the company might sell more Helio chips in 2016.
Coming to customers in Q3 2016
Helio P10 phones will start shipping before the end of Q1 2016 and Mediatek is already working on its P20 – a 16nm improved version of the chip.
