The OC2 and OCX editions

BFG has announced its overclocked GTX 260 series cards, the OC2 and OCX edition.

The new GTX 260 OC2 edition works at 630MHz for the GPU and comes with 896MB of GDDR3 memory overclocked to 2,126 MHz. The Shader clock got boosted to 1,350MHz. The OCX goes even higher as it works at 655/1404/2250 MHz (GPU/shaders/memory). Just for reference, the default clock of the GTX 260 stands at 576/1242/1998 MHz.

As every other GTX 260 card on the market these cards also support DirectX 10, PCI-Express 2.0 and comes with 192 "processing Cores" and a 448-bit memory interface.

Unfortunately, even the OCX GPU clock isn't enough to beat EVGA's GTX 260 FTW edition, which bears "the number of the beast," as it is clocked at 666/1,404/2,214. BFG does have a good memory chip on their hands.

This is how they look.
