According to Geizhals.at, a German e-tailer has PowerColor branded Radeon HD 4850 cards in stock and ready for delivery. The cards are clocked at 625MHz for the GPU and have 512MB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 1,800MHz.

Checking the e-tailer's Website it does indeed appear as if they have stock of these cards, and they cost €179.90 each including tax, but not delivery. 

Another e-tailer is listed as having Gigabyte's version, which goes under the model name of GV-R485-512H-B, although it's not in stock yet, but should be available within 24h for €169.90. However, when we checked the site we couldn't find this card listed.
