HIS has announced a launch of, what seems to be, the worlds fastest HD 2600Pro card. It's name is HIS Radeon HD 2600Pro IceQ Turbo.

The HIS HD 2600Pro IceQ Turbo comes factory pre-overclocked to 650MHz for the core and 1050MHz for memory. As the member of HIS's praised IceQ Turbo series, card is cooled by HIS's "award-winning and performance-leading" IceQ cooling technology. It also has golden plated DVI connectors.

For those of you that aren't familiar with IceQ cooler, it draws the air inside the case to cool down the card, while the hot air is pushed out of the case. The price for this kind of cooling, is that IceQ edition cards are two slot solutions. The IceQ fan keeps the noise level at minimum, and the entire cooler is also UV sensitive, so gamers and modders rejoice.

As the entire HD 2600 series this card also supports DirectX 10 and Shader Model 4.0, and has UVD (Unified Video Decoder) for all of you that like to enjoy a good Blu-ray or HD DVD video.
