In a recent presentation that Nvidia held to its investors, Jen Hsun Huang the CEO of Nvidia repeatedly said that GeForce and Quadro are the only significant brands that the company has. He failed to mention Nforce, as we believe people know more about Nforce than about Quadro.
Quadro brings more money and it even makes higher margins than Nvidia’s GeForce business, but we are shocked how the company leader can fail to mention such an important business unit.
Nvidia is doing fine and it dominates in the AMD chipset market and Drew Henry the VP of chipsets can't be happy about the fact that his CEO simply forgot about his business unit.
