HIS overclocked R600 still on ice

Samples at Computex

All ATI partners are stalling with their overclocked Radeon HD 2900XT cards. Only a few decided to sample ATI's Radeon HD 2900XT cards as all the cards out there are the same.

Well, there is a catch as most of ATI's usual suspects including HIS plan to overclock the cards and HIS is planning to use a better cooler and to further overclock this hot baby.

We don’t know the clock speeds of this overclocked card but we know that HIS is planning to cool it  more efficiently than anyone else.  We will keep our eyes open for such a product but its time still has to come.
