Up to 320MB/s

Many manufacturers have announced their products that will make use of SuperSpeed USB, or simply USB 3.0 standard, but Super Talent has announced the first flash drive that supports this standard, the RAIDDrive.

The new RAIDDrive is packed in a rather sleek looking casing with 95x37x13.5mm dimensions and will be available in 32, 64 and 128GB capacities. The best part is that it can achieve transfer speeds of up to 200MB/s via USB 3.0 or even up to 320MB/s when using USB 3.0 and a separate UAS Protocol driver.

The RAIDDrive is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 as well and features a limited lifetime warranty.

The drive should be available in December, but unfortunately the price hasn't been announced.
