Chinese company says it is their's

Google has been sued by a Chinese company which claims its name is too close to its own.

Guge Science and Technology said Google's commercial name had led to thecompany being constantly disturbed by people calling up its office trying to contact the search engine. He said it was just a small matter for Google to change its and it would not be bothered again.
