Atmel Corporation announced has it has sold its network storage operations, transferred its operations and its intellectual property rights to MoSys Inc.
Atmel is a producer of systems-on-chip for network storage devices and HD DVD applications.
The terms of the sale were not disclosed, but Atmel did issue a statement that its employees would become MoSys employees
