Patriot's entire TorqX series gets 10 year warranty

Patriot moves ahead of the competition

Yesterday we posted a story about Patriot's newest TorqX M28 SSD which will have 10 years of warranty, and today we got a quick note from Patriot that the entire Patriot TorqX line is now covered by a 10-year warranty.

The best news is that this move applies retroactively, so it is valid for anyone that has already bought a TorqX series SSD. This is great news, as we are pretty sure that the rest of the competition will follow and announce extended warranties for its own solid state drives.

Patriot made a great move, and we are sure that TorqX owners are cheering right now, as their warranty period got extended from 2 to 10 years at no extra cost.
