MSI announces sponsorship for FNATIC

Professional gaming team to compete on MSI


MSI has announced that it's starting to sponsor team FNATIC, a well-known world professional gaming team. From now on, guys from team FNATIC will be gaming their way to a piece of glory on MSI's overclockable GX720 high-end notebooks.

The mentioned MSI GX720 notebook uses Intel's Core 2 Duo P8400 processor and Nvidia's Geforce 9600M GT discrete graphics card with 512MB of GDDR3 video memory. The rest of the noted specs for this portable gaming behemoth include 4096MB of memory, 320GB hard drive, 2.0MP Web cam, Gigabit LAN, 7.1-channel audio, WLAN 802.11bgn and much more. All of these specs are to give that nice gaming feeling on a 17" TFT LCD display.

Both camps can't hide their excitement, and according to Sam Chern, MSI notebook sales director, MSI is there to provide the best "weapon", GX gaming notebook, to FNATIC, which is the greatest team with best records. Sam Mathews, Managing director of Fnatic, states that MSI's commitment to excellence, and FNATIC's passion for success can only lead to even greater results.

Team Fnatic will compete under MSI's flag at INTEL Extreme Masters tournaments in Montreal, Dubai, Hamburg and CeBIT Hannover, as well as the World Esports Games in China, i35 in the UK, WCG Grand Finals in Germany, MGC Grand finals in China and Dreamhack winter in Sweden.
